This is the modified version of chocolate chip cookies which is loaded with Hershey’s Chocolate Chip! The first tester is Baby A and she gave a compliment. I hardly get compliment from her. She is one tough gal to satify. 😋 Yeah! 😁
This dough is easy to keep refrigerated and cut into the preferred size and bake as at when required. It only take 12-13 minutes and freshly baked cookies for any occasions! Love it!
Recipe as follows :
Ingredients
- 170g butter at room temperature
- 50g brown sugar (you may add if you prefer sweeter version)
- 1 egg
- 207g self raising flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 80-100g Hershey’s Chocolate Chips
Method
- Cut the butter into cube and leave it to softened at room temperature.
- Add sugar and beat till light and fluffy.
- Add in egg and vanilla essence and mix well at low speed.
- Sift the flour and add in batch by batch.
- Once it’s mix well, add in the chocolate chip and fold in with spatula.
- Leave the dough covered in food wrap in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Shape into ball and bake at 170C for 12-13 minutes.
- The balance dough can be rolled into log and wrapped with baking sheet and then secured with food wrap to be refrigerated.
- It can be cut into the preferred size and bake as at when required.
