We missed the food so much and our last visit was more than a year ago.  Kinda over-order but it was the best meal since MCO.

We started off with the appetising Thai style stuffed tofu.  The tangy taste just open-up our appetite even more.  The next dish that came was the Braised pork with yam and Mantao.  I had a piece of soft mantao and stuffed them with a piece of tender pork and sliced yam. 

One bite of the stuffed mantao send me to the cloud!  The super duper tender pork melts in the mouth. The mantao is just nice and soft.  Definitely a “MUST-TRY” dish.  We order a small portion and it came with 5 mantaos.

Then, came the “Star” dish – XO Fish head soup! Piping hot soup and the fish head cook to perfection.  The soup is refillable – bottomless! Hahaha！

The main dish of the day – one of my favourite “Stir fry Rice Cake”.  Each rice cake is chewy and coated with the superb dark sauce – I would die for more!  I would definitely dream of this tonite!….Might sleepwalk and make my version of stir fry rice cake.

Look at the piping hot fish head soup video below – will have all of us salivating 😋🤣🤣 Can you hear the hustle bustle background of the restaurant?  It was the busy lunch hour but we were lucky to get a table for two with just a short 5-7 minutes wait.

XO Fish Head Noodle soup is one of their signature dish.  As there’s only 2 of us today, we ordered XO Fish Head Soup (without the noodle) so we can ordered some other dish as well.  The soup is refillable and it is just too awesome! I call it Bottomless Fish Head Soup!
