Granny Square Wonder Creations – I love and adore Granny Squares… They are really awesome and let me share some simple design and great idea for pouch, potholders, sling bag and etc.

Before you proceed to the pattern, there are some basic stitch tutorial that may help you to master the granny squares.
Centrepiece – Sky Blue #47
Row 1 – MC6
Row 2 – (Sc, Inc) x 3 (9)
Row 3 – (2Sc, Inc) x 3, slip stitch (12)
Row 4 – ch3 [not counted as 1 double crochet (dc)], 2dc into the same stitch, 2dc into the next stitch (*), repeat (*) , slip stitch into the first dc (24)
Row 5 – ch3 [not counted as 1 double crochet (dc)], dc into the same stitch, 2dc into the next stitch (*), repeat (*), slip stitch into the first dc (36)
Change colour to Light Grey #11
Row 6 – (working on the back loop only for this row)
ch5, 2dc into the same stitch (forming the incomplete corner),dc,hdc 4sc, hdc, [2dc, ch2,2dc (corner)], [dc,hdc,4sc,hdc,dc (A)],repeat corner, A, corner, A, till the end, dc into the incomplete corner, slip stitch into the 3rd chain stitch at the beginning of this row.
Row 7 – ch5, 2dc into the same stitch (forming the incomplete corner),12dc into each stitch, corner,12 dc into each stitch, corner,12 dc into each stitch, corner,12 dc into each stitch, dc into the incomplete corner, slip stitch into the 3rd chain stitch at the beginning of this row.
yarn off.
Ear (to be positioned at any 2 corners)
Ch3 into 2 stitch before the corner stitch, 7dc into the corner stitch, slip stitch onto 2 stitch away from the corner.
