Baby Security Blanket is a great companion for the little one. When they are kept close to mommies, they will absorb the scent of mommies and when these baby security blankets are placed near the babies, it will calm them down.
I have 3 great kid that I adore but all of them didnt get the handmade crochet baby blanket from me smply because I didn’t know how to crochet them when they were little. All of them had the “smelly pillow/bolster/hanky” that they still find comfort in till this date.
Why do I make this now that my kids are grown up?
Well, I simply am addicted to crochet and will always find new items/patterns to try on. My research into this patterns started when one of my team members (my ex-colleague) who had struggled to conceive for years, finally had their beautiful adorable baby girl. It was MCO 1.0 then and visitation was totally out of question and thus, I thought, it would be great if I can crochet some items for the little one! So, I did a dress, booties, headband and a baby security blanket.
