Let’s look at Crochet hair clips free crochet pattern!

Crochet has been a huge part of my life for the longest time! I’m so glad that I can spend more of my time now on my passion –  My hobby is Crochet! Crochet has also help me to destress and spending more time on crochet means I’m less stress…….hahaha!  Throughout my crochet journey, I find it difficult to get good crochet books for beginners with simple daily usable projects….therefore, it strive me to create a platform to share all that I learned and hope it will benefit the beginners and cultivate the Love of Crochet!

Today, I’m going to share the simple crochet pattern for Crochet Hair Clip. You can mix and match different colours and let your creativity run wild.

This is a super duper easy 10-minutes project.  It is using Single crochet for the base.

This DIY Crochet Hair Clip is crochet on french barrette clip.  They are easily purchased via online store.  I’m using 60mm size for the easy pattern today.  They are great quick projects for your loved ones and I’m sure their smile will be priceless.

Material required for Crochet Hair Clip :

Patterns as below :

Use Light Green Yarn

Row 1 : 3Sc into the hole on one side, ch1, turnaround

Row 2-8 : 3sc, ch1, turnaround (you may increase or decrease the row according to the length of the barrette clip.

Row 9 : Ch3, sc into the row end stitch and repeat along the border.

Sl st and yarn off.

Change to pink yarn (flower)

Row 1 : Ch6, sl st.

Row 2 : (Ch3, 3DC) and create picot stitch.  Ch2, repeat and make 5 more picot stitches to form 6 petals.

St st into the first ch and yarn off.

Assembly

1. Decorate the flower with beads or ribbon flower as per picture.

2. Sew the flower to the base.
